General Notice and Consent to Collect Personal Information

HYPR Affirm is used by the company that wish to access or that employs you or which may be considering you for a position (“Company”) to verify your identity.

You may be asked to provide the following Personal Information: Geolocation

Our Privacy Policy (https://www.hypr.com/trust-center/privacy-policy) describes in detail how HYPR collects and processes Personal Information in connection with Affirm.

If you refuse to provide the Personal Information, you must reach out to the Company which sent you to Affirm to determine if there are alternative means of completing their required identity verification.

As part of the Affirm verification process, you may be contacted by MMS or SMS.  By indicating below, you agree that you are providing express written consent to permit HYPR to contact you at the number provided to HYPR by Company to verify your identity, including through the use of automated technology, SMS/MMS messages, AI generative voice and pre-recorded and/or artificial voice messages.  You acknowledge that if you do not consent, you may need to contact the Company which requested Affirm to verify your identity in another manner.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release in favor of HYPR any claims related to my Personal Information collected by Affirm and

You confirm that you are not accessing HYPR’s Affirm in any jurisdiction where the services are not permitted by applicable law.
