How to Pair Your Smartphone
To avoid any hiccups, please make sure your Virtual Private Network (VPN) is up and running if your organization requires one.
Using HYPR is as easy as 1, 2, 3. You just need to download the mobile app, launch Workforce Access on your computer, and scan the QR code with your smartphone. Let’s break it down.
Step 2: Launch Workforce Access on Your Computer
Log into your computer as you normally would. When you arrive at the desktop, click on the Workforce Access icon.
You can quickly search via the taskbar or Spotlight for ‘workforce access’ if a shortcut does not appear on your desktop.

Step 3: Start Pairing
Open the Workforce Access client, then click on Start Pairing to generate a QR code.
A QR code will appear, as seen below:
Launch the HYPR App on your smartphone. Upon launching the app for the first time, you will need to give the app permissions to send you notifications.
Then, tap the Scan QR button.
The HYPR App will request permissions to use your smartphone’s camera and biometrics. Follow the instructions on your smartphone and scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
Give your smartphone a moment to pair with your computer. It may take a few seconds. Then, choose your preferred authentication method such as face, fingerprint, or PIN. Options will vary depending on your smartphone model and your organization’s login protocol.

You may be prompted for your computer’s password to finish pairing. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish pairing.
