Matt Hartley is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of HYPR. Matt brings 20+ years of sales and operations excellence with proven success at building go-to-market (GTM) teams that deliver rapid scale and predictability across the revenue lifecycle. Matt is a growth-minded leader with a passion for helping customers leverage technology to create demonstrable business value.

Prior to HYPR, Matt served as CRO at iboss where he led go to market growth in the SASE/SSE market. Prior to iboss, Matt served as a sales leader for Forescout building their US Federal unit and then scaling the business as the VP of Americas Sales. Before Forescout, he served as General Manager of Optio Labs, head of Federal sales at MobileIron, and held regional sales positions at various technology companies.
