Add and Manage Paired Devices

How to Add a New Smartphone

1. On your computer, open the Workforce Access client by clicking on the Workforce Access Icon.

2. Add a new device by clicking Pair New Device. Follow the prompts to pair your smartphone. For detailed instructions see How to Pair Your Smartphone.

How to Unpair a Smartphone

Unpairing a smartphone with your computer may be achieved either on 1) the Workforce Access client on your computer, or 2) the HYPR App on your smartphone.

Unpairing via Computer

1. Open the Workforce Access application on your computer.

2. Click the Trashcan or Delete icon for that device.

3. A warning will alert you to confirm if you want to unpair your smartphone. Please make sure you have an alternative method for logging in.

4. Click Yes to complete the unpairing process. You will be greeted with a Successfully Unpaired screen upon device removal.

Unpairing via Smartphone

1. Open the HYPR app on your smartphone

2. Tap AND hold on the icon for the computer you wish to unpair.

3. Tap Computer Details on the pop up menu.

4. Tap on the red Trashcan button.

5. A warning will alert you to confirm if you want to unpair your computer. Please make sure you have an alternative method for logging in.

6. Tap OK to complete the unpairing process. You will no longer see the icon for the unpaired computer on your app.

How to Rename Your Computer on Your App

1. Open the HYPR app on your smartphone

2. Tap AND hold on the icon for the computer you wish to rename.

3. Tap Computer Details on the pop up menu.

4. Enter the preferred name for your computer in the Rename Computer field.

5. Tap OK to save.

Pair your Smartphone with Other Computers

1. Open the Workforce Access client on the computer you wish to pair with.

2. Add a new device by clicking Pair New Device. Follow the prompts to pair your smartphone. For detailed instructions see How to Pair Your Smartphone.

How to Change the Default Computer on Your HYPR App

If you generally access only one specific computer while having multiple computers paired, you can change the default computer on your app to make login faster.

1. Open the HYPR app on your smartphone

2. Tap AND hold on the icon for the computer you wish to set as your default.

3. Tap Computer Details on the pop up menu.

4. Tap Computer Details on the pop up menu.
